Janice
and I then go back to the motel and talk a bit more. Two things then become certain to me. Janice
is basically dead flat broke and she's shocked to see that the anonymous little
nerd kid who lived on the wrong side of Creektown has
grown into a muscular six-foot three-inch tall stud.
Since
Janice wants to pay her share of the motel room with pussy, I, gracious host
that I am, agree immediately. Janice
begins to strip for me and I see that Janice didn't get divorced because she
let the condition of her body go. I also
quickly determine that Janice didn't get divorced from her husband due to the
fact that she's a lame lay!
I
think the fact that I'm still somewhat in awe of high school Janice saves me
here. I mount Janice and, instead of
coming in 15 seconds like the green kid that I am, I instead get deep into
Janice and take my time. I think that
she's expecting the quick fuck thing but instead I get her heated up very
nicely. We each use the other to the
maximum and the total effect is very sensuous.
Janice starts the fuck in complete control and she probably intends to
just get me off quickly in order to pay her room bill. However, when we get into the fuck, it's Jason
who's in control and Janice who's apparently getting the fuck of her life.
As
things continue, Janice begins to softly moan, "Fuck me hard!"
I'm
doing just that and I continue to do it, as Janice begins to show real signs of
movement under me. Instead of bringing
me off, Janice is the one who gets really excited and she climaxes with a sexy
little moan. I don't come when Janice
climaxes and I also don't stop. I
continue to stroke deep into Janice and she pretty much loses control. I can then hear her moan and climax with each
stroke. It's the most exciting fuck of
my young life and when I finally shoot my cum into the
condom Janice insisted on, Janice basically passes out.
I
roll off Janice and we lie together as I reflect on that fact that the fuck has
been even better than what I dreamed of back when Janice was hot high school
stuff and I was just a nerdy little Creektown kid.
I'm
deep in post coital reverie when the damn phone rings. It's Flo.
Flo is, like Janice, a Creektown girl and was
one of the top girls in the same high school as Janice, back when. Flo is a little harder edged than Janice and
has apparently made out better financially than Janice. However, Flo is also divorced and she does
seem concerned about the water rights money.
Flo
tells me, "I have heard that the Creektown water
rights are worth quite a bit of money. I
can always use more money. I'm trying to
find out exactly what the situation is."
I lecture Flo, "I got estimates of the value of the Creektown water rights and I found that the value could be
as much as a million dollars per lot.
What I'm gonna try to do is to contact as many
people as I can and try to get all of the owners to put up a united front. I think that's where the most money is for
the Creektown people."
Flo
tells me, "There are at least a few of the old Creektown
crew back in the area, what with the scent of big money in the air."
"I have met Janice and she's back in Creektown
and dating some guy. Janice, you and I
are the only Creektown people that I specifically
know of. However, Linda down at the big
restaurant on the highway, the place where we used to stop after high school
football games, has agreed to watch for Creektown
people."
Flo
tells me, "I think that I saw another Creektown girl,
but I'm not sure. I couldn't really
identify her. If I do find anyone, I'll
let them know that we're trying to put up a united front. However, let me ask you, are you sure that we
have the money coming?"
"I got a letter from some shyster lawyer offering me a
shiny new quarter for my water rights. I
then did some research and found out that that the towns on either side of Creektown had been and are still illegally using the water
that's owned by the owners of the Creektown
properties. The Creektown
water rights had been gained in a long court fight many, many years before,
even before the time we lived in Creektown. However, the towns using the water managed to
just ignore the court decision for a time.
Now, there will be a financial reckoning. I got estimates of the value of the Creektown water rights, based upon similar situations. I found that the value of the water rights
could be as much as a million dollars per lot.
I've done quite a bit of research and I'm confident of a dollar figure
of around a million dollars per Creektown lot.
Flo
tells me, "I like the sound of a million dollars per lot. I have been talking to people in Creektown, although there really isn't a Creektown anymore.
Most of the people who still live here are elderly. I have the votes for five Creektown
lots, including four of my elderly, former neighbors. However, are you sure that we have a winning
court case?"
"I have Dudley McKee, the lawyer, on retainer. He thinks we have a winning court case. He's recently retired, but he's still a damn
good lawyer and he also has quite a bit of political influence, all the way up
to the Governor."
Flo
asks, "How did you manage to get Dudley McKee on our side?"
"Well, there was this young kid who used to mow Dudley's
lawn, run errands and take care of his place while he was on vacation."
Flo
says, "And you were the kid!"
"The very same."
Flo
asks me, "Have you managed to get any votes?"
"My parents had four lots.
I also got the votes of four of my elderly, former neighbors. I kept in touch with them, via mail, while I
was away at college."
Flo
says, "Then, you have eight votes. I
have five votes. Janice has a vote,
maybe more. So, we have at least 14
votes."
"Yes, however, we need a minimum of 16 votes, two thirds
of the 24 total votes, to be in control.
So, we need at least two more votes.
I suspect that we shouldn't have all that much trouble getting a few
more votes, especially with Dudley McKee on our side."
Flo
says, "We need to tie up as many votes as we can, as quickly as we can."
"Yes, that's true.
Look, why don't we meet, for breakfast at the big restaurant on the
highway, you know, the one that Vivien used to run?"
Flo
laughs and says, "You mean the restaurant that we used to stop at after our
high school team won a game? How could I
forget? You say that Vivien used to run
the place?"
"Yeah, Vivien retired, as of last year. However, her daughter Linda runs the place
now and it's still pretty much the way it was back when Vivien used to run
it. Do you remember Linda?"
Flo
says, "Yeah. However, I didn't know that
she was Vivien's daughter for the longest time.
I wonder if she'll still remember us."
"Well, Linda still remembered me and I was pretty
anonymous back then. Oh, as I said she
promised to spread the word about the water rights thing, if any of the Creektown people came in."
Flo
says, "That sounds good. When do you
want to meet?"
"Well, I would like to meet as soon as we can manage. However, I got into the early riser habit at
college because I always seemed to wind up with early morning classes. So, why don't you make it easy on yourself?"
Flo says,
"Well, I'll try to bring some of the elderly people who own lots here. Most of them tend to be early risers,
however, we don't want to rush people.
What say we try nine in the morning tomorrow?"
"Nine in the morning it is. It'll be good to see you again and maybe some
of the other kids from back in our high school days."
As
soon as I hang up with Flo, I get a call from Wendy, yet another Creektown girl. She
has her lot and the vote for her next door neighbor's
lot.
