This new law requires you to be at your residence on the day and time of your choosing. Your spouse or representative will be allowed to meet the IHAD Officer assigned to your case and ask any questions. After that time, the IHAD portion will be delivered in private. Failure to comply with the IHAD protocol will result in immediate arrest. In addition, you will serve County jail time, a 90-120 day suspension of your driving license, community service work, and the fines listed below.
