Chapter 5 - Carmina's Story

 

Eight people sat around the boardroom table in the Conference Center At the head of the table sat David Williams, now President and CEO of GK Holdings Inc. The other seven were his slaves, Andrea Margaron, Gwen Thompson, Rachael Gansten, Saskia Conroy, Jill Anders, Irene Palmer and Giselle Kempson the founder and immediate past President and CEO of GK Holdings. All the slaves were full dressed, apart from Giselle who was naked apart from a pair of lace up knee length ballet boots, which Irene had brought up from the Playroom and locked on when she had tightly laced them in place. All except Giselle were free from restraints or gags. Giselle was still restrained and gagged as she had been since she had been released by the Sheriff's Office

He opened the meeting with a question. 'Is this legal?'

Saskia as the only lawyer present took the question as being directed to her. 'Yes, if you mean are you the President and CEO of the company and can you instigate the investigation that you intend to have us carry out.'

'The byelaws of the Company allow for the replacement of the President and CEO. That can be through a vote at a shareholders' meeting or through a majority vote of the Board of The GK Trust, which of course controls 70% of the shares in the company. If the change is through the action of the Trust Board, then it must be ratified at an Annual General Meeting, or an Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders.'

'It can also occur automatically if the President and CEO is disqualified for any reason and included in the list of allowable reasons is the enslavement of a female holding those posts. In the case of disqualification, the posts pass to the senior CEO of one of the holding companies, though they must be confirmed in place by and AGM or EGM within three months. Again the Trust Board can substitute their own candidate if they wish to, within the three month period.'

'Now Giselle Kempson was disqualified automatically and immediately on her enslavement. The post of President and CEO automatically transferred to the senior CEO, which is you, Master. Furthermore Giselle was automatically and immediately disqualified from her position as the Senior Trustee, and you moved up to that position. You now control the trust, so you can confirm yourself in post. I suggest that you appoint a successor as CEO of GK Industrial Holdings, as you are now the only executive left.'

'John Evans, without a doubt' said David.

'Then ring him and offer him the job. Tell him that he will get a full explanation tomorrow, when we have time' said Saskia.

The phone call took a few minutes but when the handset returned to the cradle, there were two executives in GK Holdings.

'There are still steps to complete but I think we can easily complete those tomorrow' said Saskia.

'Good' said David so we can start by removing Giselle's gag' he motioned to Irene to carry out that process. 'But leave the restraints and ballet boots on.'

'The purpose of this meeting is to work out the steps we need to take to unravel what has been going on in the company and how come it became involved with the Mafia. For that I think we need to start with the testimony of the one person who knows what happened, Giselle. We will start by giving her a chance to explain. If we are not satisfied with what she says, then we will take her downstairs and torture it out of her. Over to you Giselle.'

Giselle was trying to get her jaw working properly after nine hours wearing the largest ballgag they could force in without dislocating or breaking her jaw. She would like to have had her hands free but they were still securely bound behind her. She looked round the others and then started her account.

'I was born Carmina Kempson, my mother, Adriana Bassanelli, was the granddaughter of an Italian immigrant. My father, Ronald Kempson, was a seventh generation English immigrant. My maternal grandfather was Federico Bassanelli; he was the Caporegime to Mario Andrezzi, the head of the Andrezzi family in New Jersey. Mario did not have sons, so to keep the business in the family he sent for a nephew, Eduardo, who came out from Sicily to be his underboss. Eduardo married an American girl and had two sons, Sergio and Enrico, thus securing the dynasty.'

'I was born two years after the youngest son. Ernesto. My mother was a ballet fan and gave me the pet name of 'Giselle', after her favourite ballet. My father ended up as the accountant for a legitimate part of the family activities, so I grew up with the brothers. Sergio scared me but Ernesto I liked. He treated me like a child until I was fifteen and he was seventeen. At that point his interest in me changed. By the time I was seventeen he was my lover. We had hoped to get married but his father and the White Slave Act changed that.'

'I learned accounts from my Dad and I took to it straight away. By the time the Act came in I was twenty five and I was making good money, legitimate money on an increasing scale. I couldn't risk being enslaved and losing it. So at first I restricted the sex with Rick to twice a month and then after two years I broke off the relationship. I had just made my first million.'

'We lost contact but then three years ago he made came back into my life. By then I was a very rich woman. He wanted to see if I was interested in a lucrative deal and assured me it was legitimate because the family was changing its operations. He and his brother were interested in investing large sums of money on a regular basis. I would be paid a ten percent commission on the earnings from those investments. I jumped at the chance. The money's were paid into Buckhead First Reserve Investments, which I already owned and operated.'

'I didn't doubt Rick. I knew the family had legitimate operations, my Dad, had worked on those and by then I had become addicted to making money, so I didn't really pursue where the money came from.'

'The sums were of reasonable size and after six months stood at two hundred thousand dollars. Then Rick asked if I could handle an investment of ten million dollars. I said that there was no problem in that. It struck me as a little odd that the investments should increase dramatically but he assured me that they were consolidating their investments into just Buckhead and no other financial institution. The sums seemed big to an outsider but I knew from Dad's time that the legitimate part of the family business was large. I believed Rick's account of the change in the family business and the new sums made sense.'

'A month later they wanted to invest a further twenty million dollars. At that point Sergio said that they would be investing around two hundred million a year and suggested that it would be more profitable all round if we set up an Investment Fund in the Cayman Islands. I consulted Frank Lansbury and he suggested that it would be a good move. I made the mistake of being lured by the money and agreed. That was the beginning of Completely Secure Investments Ltd.'

'Frank set it up and suggested Harry as a director. The other two were myself and Sergio. Things went well or so I thought. Frank suggested that some of the money should be put into low risk investments, and so we started to use part of the Cayman Island money back into Buckhead First Reserve. That was the start of what became a substantial money laundering operation, though I did not know it for some time.'

'We held our meetings here. Then Frank, Harry and Sergio would take some slaves that they bought from Arnie Dobson into the Playroom. Usually it was a severe whipping but I've seen Frank and Harry use the electric room to kill slaves in a long and nasty fashion. Frank actually hanged a couple of slaves one day. He had entertained Sergio to dinner and afterwards he left him with the slaves, while he went to a meeting with me. Sergio demanded a blow job from each of them. The slaves provided them.'

'When Frank found out he said that they should have asked him first to check that it was alright. He told them that they should have refused to give the blow jobs till they had his permission. He would still have had them whipped for making his guest wait but as they had given the blow jobs without his permission they had usurped his role as Master...
