Madison scrolled through her emails hoping that someone had contacted
her about what she had up for sale. The random junk items were taking up space
in her garage and she knew furniture was a bad idea. Marketplace was not being kind to her this
month, and she knew deep down that her furniture was risky, but the price she
paid for them was too tempting. It was Friday night and she looked for yard
sales that were going on so she could replenish her inventory. It was a month
of rain and canceled yard sales so this weekend she assumed would be good.
The thrill of finding items to sell was more rewarding than cleaning
up after a surgery as a medical assistant. Her husband Bob was a youth pastor
and got to see people all day while she cleaned up only after the surgery was
done missing all the excitement of the surgery itself.
Yard sales in the hot summer south were a tradition of heat and
luck. Sometimes the deals were close and sometimes a bit of traveling was
needed. Doing a search for sales, she found an estate sale that was tomorrow
but was out of her area that she normally traveled for her yard sales and other
estate sales. Looking at it, she saw it was an old plantation mansion that was
hosting it.
Her gut instinct told her that the people who inherited the house
and the property did not want anything or lived too far to move the contents of
the house across the country. She knew this was a gold mine with everything
being for sale at auction prices. It was a hundred pages on her screen of
various antiques and household things. From the looks of the items, it was an
older woman who had fine taste too. She must have passed recently as it had
medical things, but her taste in antiques was vast too.
Dropping the seat in her Range Rover, she put the GPS coordinates in
and she was off early to this estate sale. Bob had church work to do, but her
best friend Amanda was always up for a yard sale or auction. She was eager to
find something for her new house or something her new husband Bradley might
like.
At thirty, Madison loved her life and was happy to share it with her
close friends and members of her church. She had a wonderful seven-year-old son
who loved to go to church with his father and play with the other kids in the
ministry fold. Her dark brown hair was a few inches past her shoulders and her
makeup was immaculately done as she made sure to look good so the Lord would
know he blessed the right person with beauty. At five foot seven and a slim
body, she knew that lifting some items wasn't too bad, but a second person was
always good to have.
Bringing her closest friend Amanda was a way she could enjoy
spending time with her, and it gave her a second set of hands when moving
bigger items. Amanda was petite and her ability to lift heavy items consisted
of a casserole for her husband. It was still nice to have someone to talk with
on a long trip though.
Driving the three hours to the estate sale Madison talked with
Amanda about how the church needed to do more fundraisers and that the latest
bake sale was not performing like it should. Madison confessed that the items
she sold were mostly gothic and that she didn't like selling them though but
knew they did sell. It creped her out that people would buy these devil looking
things but was happy she didn't have to keep them in her house too long either.
Pulling, up she saw that the mansion was in a derelict state and
that the old lady that died did not keep up on the maintenance. It all seemed
to fit as she imaged this old lady's children not wanting a house falling apart
and the junk inside of it. The line of people was sparse and she wondered if it
was all junk or that people already started to buy the good items before the
sale even happened.
It wasn't the first time she went to an auction and a lot of items were
already pilfered from. It bothered her that people did not follow the rules and
would buy things before the auction opened. She drove for hours to be early
only to find that probably most of the items left were the junk ones.
Walking in, she saw that the lot items were arranged but there was a
pile of boxes in the corner that were not marked. They were in the sale area
but had no lot list on them like they were not for sale or haven't been gone
through yet.
"Madison...look. This one over here is filled with demon looking things."
She looked over at Amanda and saw that it was a small box, but it
was filled with gothic jewelry and a jewelry box that looked rare and valuable.
It had some other perfume bottles that were turn of the century, but it was the
black ornate stone looking jewelry box that made her think it would sell fast
and for good money.
"Excuse me...excuse me. How much are those boxes right there?" Madison
called out to the one person that looked like they were running the auction.
The man turned around looking at her and then looked at the box.
"Ohh, I am sorry miss, those items were for the family. They wanted us to hold
onto them and ship them."
"Look, I drove for hours, and you already started selling items
before the auction. There are five boxes there and that one small one is the
only one I want. How can you run a respectable company if you start the auction
before the time posted....that's not fair."
With a disturbed look, he then glanced over at the box. "Fine. You
want it...five hundred."
She pulled out her purse and then counted out five hundred dollars
for the box. She knew that the perfume bottles alone were enough to cover the
cost of the box. All the other demon looking jewelry was just added money. The
ornate black stone box that looked like it was for a necklace was calling to
her and five hundred was a paltry sum to pay for it too.
Not waiting for the auction, she grabbed the box and walked out with
Amanda making comments on the way that all that was left was trash. "How can
they set a time for an auction and then start selling early. These people don't
know how to run an auction."
Nodding to her friend she got in the car and quickly opened the box
to retrieve the black case. Once it was in her hands, she noticed it was real
stone and not wood or composite. It was heavy like it was granite and not
obsidian too. It had a glossy polish that reflected her image too. Opening it,
she saw a gold necklace with a red stone. It was like a ruby but shaped like a
crystal. Holding it, she could tell it wasn't some fake crystal those hipsters worshipped,
but a red stone that was something else. It was heavy like a rock, but also had
a dark look to it.
"That's really pretty. You should keep it,"
Amanda commented as she looked at it in awe.
"It is beautiful too. I should keep it....I love the case too,"
Madison replied, thinking that she should allow herself this necklace even
though she came to the auction to sell things and not keep them.
Putting the necklace on, she noticed how it just looked like she
always wore it. Like it was some family heirloom that she always wore. It contrasted
perfectly with her light blue sweater, and she smiled as she posed with it on.
"I will keep it."
Driving back, she stopped for some food, but could feel something
off as she drank her Starbucks. A sense of impending doom came over her like
some dark cloud was now hovering over her. Her food tasted terrible and after a
bit it was in the trash. Not telling Amanda what was wrong as it was a mystery
to her, she still drove home. The excitement of the find now faded as her body
was turning itself inside out.
At home she let her son play outside while her husband was doing
house chores. Resting in bed, she fell asleep thinking about how she got a
score of items and yet wasn't excited about it. Her eyes closed when the
nauseous feeling came to her.
Her mind drifted to immoral thoughts of her in a movie theater next
to a man that was not her husband. It felt like a date and yet she knew Bob was
her high school sweetheart and the only man she ever dated. He was the one that
took her virginity on their wedding night. He was the only man she was with
sexually as they both took a pledge to remain virtuous until marriage.
Now she was next to a man in her dreams in a movie theater and he
was unzipping his jeans to pull out his penis. Her heart was beating fast as
she saw this long thick erection this strange man had and how her eyes could
not stop looking at it. Bob was a good size she thought but this man's erection
was thick and long like some sort of flesh weapon. The tip was a bulbous
mushroom shaped spear, and her heart was going crazy with lust and guilt that
she was having lust for this thick man spear.
Waking up in a sweat she could feel her heart racing and her sex
moist as the dream about a strange man exposing himself was fresh in her mind.
The door was open and the lights were on as she got up from the bed feeling
guilty that her sex responded with excitement to a dream about another man.
The sound of the window opening, and the lights being turned off
startled her as her heart went from being fast to thumping away like a race car
engine revving up. Looking over, she saw the strange man from her dreams
seemingly floating towards her.
Unable to speak she could see this man dressed in all black coming
towards her. Her knees were shaking as he was wearing a pale black overcoat
that opened to reveal an oldlooking black shirt that reminded her of something
people wore two hundred years ago. The dark striking features of his face with
his short black hair sent a chill down her spine like it was the moment of her
own demise.
"You are mine now. You have a piece of my heart, and you will be
mine," his eerie voice said in an almost haunted tone. Like some horror movie
where the man wanted to be scary, she saw his hand reaching for the necklace.
Fear taking over, her knees shaking and her heart almost pounding
through her chest, she then finally saw the fangs on his teeth. It had to be a
dream and yet she was not waking up. Vampires are not real, and this has to be a dream played over in her head as her feet were
stuck in cement unable to move.
"You are my new play toy, and you will be rewarded," he said again
as she saw his eyes glow red and her fear mounting and yet the scream that
wanted to happen never came out of her mouth.
The lights turned on and she saw the open window there letting the
sunlight in from the late afternoon. Breathing hard, she could feel her heart
finally settling down as she knew it was some nightmare she had. The strange
vampire like man pointed to her new necklace and she figured that it would now
remind her of the nightmare,so it had to go.
Touching the necklace to take it off she felt like her body was
about to die. It was like all of her energy was
escaping from her the moment she went to remove it from her neck. The impending
sensation that her life was about to end came quickly like a flash flood and
she let go of the necklace only to feel normal again.
Walking outside, she saw her husband Bob on the couch relaxing with
her son. Telling him about the necklace made her think she would be guilty of
the immoral thoughts. With a quick "Hi", she said that she was going to see
Amanda about decorating her new house. It wasn't really a lie as she knew her
friend did want her to come over and talk about the house.
Getting in the car, she reached to see if maybe she could take off
the necklace and then tell her friend her dream. As her fingers touched the
dark red ruby, she could feel her sex become a wet mess like she wet her
panties. Her mouth opened and the memory of the man's cock in the theater came
rushing back. Her heart beat faster again and an overwhelming sensation came to
her that she only got during lovingmaking with Bob.
Letting go of the necklace, she knew she
just climaxed from the touch of it and that maybe her friend could help her. She
started her car and then texted her. "Are you home? Need to talk to you."
"I will be home soon, running errands."
"OMW to your place." Madison replied as she pulled out of the
driveway to head to her friend's house. She knew by the time she got there, Amanda would be there. She was going to go there
anyway and figured she could get two things done.
Her mind drifted to how she just climaxed from touching the necklace
and how immoral her thoughts were thinking about the strange man's cock in her
dreams. The daydream about a vampire was something she knew was just fantasy
but the orgasm and not being able to take off the necklace seemed to be a real
thing.
Pulling up to Amanda's place she parked on the small street not
blocking her driveway. It was a new development and parking was at a premium
with few spaces. Amanda's car was not in the driveway, and she figured that it
would be a few minutes before she came home. Breathing in, she collected her
thoughts on what to say to her friend without making it seem like some
far-fetched dream of hers.
The sound of people talking made her turn her head as she saw
Amanda's neighbor Rick talking with another man in the garage that she didn't
know. Rick went to her church and was happily married to Amber who was eight
months pregnant. It was only a month ago that she was at her baby shower too.
Madison stepped out of the car waving to Rick and hoping Amanda
would be home soon. Seeing Rick wave back to her flickered something in her as
she could feel her sex getting wet and clenching like she was on the verge of
pleasure. Her mind went to the time she saw Rick in the pool and his large
package was showing.
"Why am I getting these evil thoughts?" She said in her mind over and over again. She could feel her wholesome mind going
to immorality and yet her body was responding like it enjoyed being dirty.
