College was everything I thought it would be, with so many different young people, lots of great activities to do, both on and off campus, lots of nightlife options to choose from, and lots of good-looking girls. So why did I become infatuated with mousy Mary? She's not so much mousy; she just doesn't worry about her looks. Mary is an alternative chick with short, pixie auburn hair and several piercings, multiple ear studs, a little diamond in the side of her nose, her navel, and one of her nipples (easily seen through her cropped tee shirts, which she always wore). She was very fair skinned with a petite, almost boyish frame with small, but perky, breasts and she wore no discernable makeup. She usually wore tight, spandex yoga or booty shorts that often showed off the shape of her puffy sex mound and a pair of dingy Converse All-Stars that she had hand-painted with surfer and music symbols.

I met her in an elective PE class where we did the basics of running, calisthenics, and yoga; we shared floor space on our yoga mats and developed a passing acquaintance. She was an art major, and I was majoring in business; she liked rock and pop music and I liked hip-hop and EDM; I didn't know whether she liked boys or girls and I liked girls only. A perfect match, right?
