Jake arrived at the condo feeling good. The market was booming, and Billie needed new high-quality listings for her clients. She?d been delighted that he?d signed the Esters to a rental agreement. and she didn?t ask how he?d convinced her. But since then, nothing had happened and she was getting antsy about his turnover.

Happily, that?s when Jacob and Myra Tyson walked into the office to talk about selling a condo that had a perfect upmarket address.

?It was my brother?s,? Jacob said. ?He died in a car accident. I?m the executor of his will.?

?We are staying in it for the moment,? Myra said. ?But we are from New York. Jacob?s business is there.?

?I?ll need to get back to the office soon,? he said. ?We?d like to sell the place quickly.?

Myra nodded. ?Still, we want top dollar. We understand from friends that this is the agency that can do that.?

They?d spilled that all out for him and he made them feel at ease. They were clearly anxious to get things moving and that was perfect.

As they talked, Jake looked them over, tried to get a sense of them. Jacob was in his forties and obviously successful. Short, slightly overweight, impeccably dressed, and stressed out.

She was slender, expensively dressed, with olive skin and Mediterranean features. Italian maybe. Her face was thin, her brown eyes rather dreamy. Best of all was the way she looked him over as she talked, sitting there with those long legs crossed.

?I know we can help you,? he said. ?I can come over this afternoon and take a look. I?ll run some comps and be able to give you a price we can ask. It?s a good market.?

So they had agreed on a time and Jake arrived on the dot. People like Jacob Tyson would expect promptness.

Myra had changed clothes. She was wearing a wraparound dress that showed a lot of leg? up to her hip.

They showed him around. They?d taken out the dead brother?s things, leaving just the nice furniture. One bedroom had their belongings.

It wouldn?t take much to stage the place. It had two bedrooms, two baths. After the tour, they sat at the dining table so Jake could spread out his papers, show them a listing agreement, the data on recent sales on similar condos in the neighborhood, and so on.

Myra sat beside him, on his right and he glanced over to see that luscious, nearly bare left leg close to his.

Jake focused on business and spelled out what was possible. Jacob paced the room, half paying attention, periodically on his phone.

He saw Jake looking at him. ?Sorry. This is business,? he said. ?Loose ends back in New York. Important shit.?

?I can come back another time.?

He shook his head. ?I?m going to have to go back soon. Like today.?

?That will complicate things a bit,? Jake said.

Jacob rubbed his chin. ?I have to get back.? He looked at Myra. ?Say, baby, would you mind staying around her long enough to wrap this up for me??

As she considered her answer, Jake put his hand on that bare leg, up high. His fingers trailed over her inner thigh, and she caught her breath. ?Don?t you need to be here??

?Soon as I?m back I?ll email a power of attorney so you can sign anything.?

Jake?s fingers moved between her legs. She wasn?t wearing any panties and as he traced the path to her pussy lips, she parted her legs. She flashed an elegant smile and looked at Jacob. ?Sure, baby. If that?s what you want.?
