"I'm going to carry out a long speculum examination on you," he begins, taking a tone like he's pretending to be a doctor and she's an actual patient. "The speculum I will be using today has is metal, so it will feel a little cold and uncomfortable. You can ask me to stop at any point-" here, he pauses and diverts from his script. "Red, Sir," she whispers, already finding it hard to breathe because this is really intense. He's really intense. He had introduced himself earlier as Dom, but she understands that's what most men introduce themselves as. It's short for Dominant, but she will refer to him as Sir with a capital 's'.
