EXTRACT FOR Facesitting Victim (Scarlett Steele)
Melissa walked the street, aimlessly looking for something, but she didn't know what. Not a bad looker, Melissa always garnered the attention of the opposite sex, and having dates was never a problem. The problem came with her lack of direction and knowing what she wanted to do in life. She pulled her short blond hair behind her ear as she bent down to peer in the store window. A trendy dress shop, the outfits in the window presented an edgy appearance, one with short skirts, plaid shirts, and hiking boots. She smiled as she dreamed about being able to afford such an outfit. Her own faded jeans and tee shirt which donned the name of the college she had dropped recently; didn't fit the way she now saw herself.
College life had been a big bore to her. She'd signed up for a business degree and found the classes literally put her to sleep. Her counselor tried to talk her into changing degrees and staying in college, but nothing on the curriculum appealed to her. She wanted to ask the man if they had a degree that let her wander around until she figured out where she fit. The answer came as no. She had attended one year, taking all the basics, and the second year was under way when she realized she simply couldn't see herself in the business world, wearing tailored business suits and playing by the rules. It just wasn't her.
