An old story in a completely new setting and some other twists as

It is really 4 short stories tied together in a hospital prostitution
ring. They were well done and enjoyable stories but lacking in
character development. All the characters were so alike only the names
were to be changed thus the loss of a star. To justify the 4 stories.
