STORY DESCRIPTION

The mother of all hurricanes finally strikes the East Coast. Florida's infrastructure is virtually destroyed. The U.S. government, strapped for cash and fighting rioters in a hundred other cities, turns its back on the state. As conditions deteriorate, swamp-spawned despots assume more and more power.
