STORY DESCRIPTION

This is a fast moving racy love story with adult content involving an older man who becomes besotted with a young modern woman.

Kaitlynn Gutteridge (21) was born in Perth, Western Australia, but has lived with her mother, stepfather and half brothers in Los Angeles most of her life. She has returned to Perth to see her natural father, Tom Hawkins, before he dies from lung cancer and alcoholism.

Having decided to stay in Perth for a while, she gets a job as office junior at Cockcroft Timber Yard, which is owned by a pleasant multi-millionaire Englishman, George Cockcroft (53), a bachelor.

Kaitlynn has a susceptibility to addictive things like cigarettes, drink, drugs and sex but she cannot necessarily cope with the side-effects.

During a trip to a nightclub, Kaitlynn meets Nathan, a handsome bad boy, and becomes besotted. They start dating but fall out when she cannot keep a liaison when her father is taken into hospital.

George has to attend a ball at the Royal Tanganyika Yacht Club but has no escort. As she has nothing better to do, Kaitlynn offers her services and goes with him. Much to her surprise, she enjoys herself and then volunteers to crew for him the following day in a dinghy race, they ending up having a pleasurable time.

Romance blossoms and soon they are heading towards a long term relationship ??" but troubled waters are ahead.
