Couldn't get past the woke grammar. Calling all characters "they" or
it instead of she or he makes the reading difficult and destroys the
story. I read for entertainment, not to be propagandized or
indoctrinated. This grammar would be appropriate if the story was
about wokeness, but it's not. 2 out of 5 (Fred)
Two very despicable girls, step-sisters, are kidnapped by two equally
despicable Amazons to become their personal slaves. No one really
cares that they have disappeared as is demonstrated through several
news reports and neither did I. There is a suggestion of mysticism
about the story but nothing erotic. For the most part they just
torture their new slaves into submission. It is a long story but for
me a waste of time and money. No interest in book 2. 2 out of 5
