Desiree Darcy - a successful young author - just happens to live next door to a burgeoning fitness centre/clinic. When she calls on her new neighbour, the doctor, John Hamm, decides the best way to deal with her inquisitiveness is to allow her to join the fitness club, provided she has a sponsor.

Desiree persuades Philip, her publisher, to pretend that he is her partner. Once there, Desiree soon succumbs to the doctor's unique Holistic treatment. This involves modified fitness machines that provide a physical and sexual challenge. The extreme program includes wearing latex and receiving severe punishments.

The young author and her publisher, Philip, are drawn into the sadistic world of latex rubber and bondage. Can Desiree gain any benefit from the treatment or will she be swallowed by a sea of perverted fetishes.
