They are suspended naked, used as living targets, spanked and degraded by every possible means for the amusement of the paying public. Put into revealing sandwich boards and used as naked adverts, the girls are also sent out onto town streets ahead of the carnival to promote it. And yet, weirdly, they begin to enjoy themselves. But a business rival is out to sabotage Marvell's Carnival, and April and Niki become embroiled in an increasingly dangerous, and painful, confrontation.
