STORY DESCRIPTION

The building inspector from Jeppson's Creek calls Jethro and asks him to accompany him to visit a property housing a prisoner. Jethro has no real authority outside of the Bayou but he still coerces Traci into giving him a blowjob. The building inspector, Woody, uses her other end while Jethro enjoys his end. Woody plans to inspect the property frequently now that he knows he can get laid anytime he wants to. Traci has other ideas about that.

The trouble-making prisoner reneges on providing 'benefits' to a customer. She is told that her punishment is to be sent back to prison. Traci concocts a different punishment... a serious whipping... and the men agree. Traci maneuvers the prisoner... Julia... into begging for the whipping. She gets what she begged for, both as a punishment for her and as a lesson to all the other prisoners. It's a bad whipping.

At the instigation of, and with assistance from, a state attorney general, the FBI begins an investigation into Blugh Bayou to prove or disprove the truth behind the persistent rumors of prisoners being used as sex slaves. They send two undercover agents into the Bayou. It doesn't go quite as planned.
