| | STORY DESCRIPTION A sleepy little paradise of Otter Bay is faced with ruin, as key sailboat patents have run out.
The only one who can see a way out of the trouble is Jim Baer, an 18-year-old just graduate of the local high school.
Jim has to sell Otter Bay on becoming a nudist camp. Since no one in Otter Bay knows anything about running a nudist camp, the action starts off at a dead run and then picks up speed.
