Although they produce millions of tyres, it's a front to hide their nefarious activities.
They have discovered a breathable latex that can permanently coat and fuse with human skin. They use it to great effect on the bodies of the Pony-girls, Puppy-girls and static mannequins. Their product is so desirable, they find it hard to keep up with the worldwide demand.
Masumi and Sakkara are at the coal face and have to befriend the girls, while Aiko and Takumi, arrange the snatches. When one goes wrong, Masumi has to be whisked away on the company's transport ship, where the young jap meets the English captain, Tom, for the first time.
BJ and Hiroto have built the company together, but there are several undercurrents that are putting a strain on their relationship. The rivalry begins to boil over in this volume and continues in the next two books of the series.
