Delicious and wicked. The sadist increases her control over Lisa. The
growing despair is palpable and we feel like a voyeur witnessing a
terrible fate....will there be a price to pay to be privy to such
scenes?
One complaint though.....the story ends too soon for the mother and
older daughter.....a third part would be needed...
Obviously editorial constraints mean that there can be only two
parts....can this be changed...or does it mean the editor needs to be
tricked into the vortex as well:)? 5 out of 5 (Dressage10)
It is a typical DFN story with at least this time less obvious repeat
sentences. As a typical story it has the same flaws.
First the main "victim" is brought under absolute control and the only
bad thing happening are should i say tame in comparison to what
someone who is supposedly an extreme sadist could do. And i am not
talking about whipping the victim to death but more inflicting
emotional torture, humiliation, extreme body mods.
Second the author is always bringing her stories to an unsatisfactory
conclusion meaning that there has to be a part where the
mother/daughter are taken in and nasty/humiliating things happen to
them for the enjoyment of the reader. You don t build such a momentum
without bringing it to life (The Experiment). Yes we can imagine the
sequel but it s the author's imagination that brings that extra,
unexpected ideas. Is it that chapter 3 do exists but is too extreme to
be published? I wonder.
I am tired of these conclusions that are not real endings, it is a
pity because the build up is great and getting better. 3 out of 5

is that there are some excellent ideas that are introduced but then
after just touching on them the author moves on without going on into
